Software was useless. I'm an experience Network Admin with over 15 years experience. After trying EVERY SINGLE FIX on the support page of the product, and the software would STILL NOT provide a valid IP address to a simple XP Pro laptop and allow me to share my connection so I gave up. Wishful thinking I guess. But after you spend about 2-3 hours trying to get something to work..it gets old fast. I would stay away from this product until it matures more.
